It’s been such a humbling experience fully claiming myself as an artist- even to myself. To really understand what it means to create art just for the joy of it. To leave expectations at the door, allow some of it to be mediocre and some of it be complete gold. To patiently peel back all the layers of conditioned beliefs around performance and just let the art speak for itself. Art requires a willingness to surrender, to shut off the logical mind, and just let the magic flow
