RELATIONSHIPS -OK, I  LOVE LOVE. But  LOVE is soooo complicated! Am i right??? Intimate relationships are where most of our growth, mirroring, and inner work happens. We all need support here. We’ve all been given examples of what a relationship "SHOULD" look like  by our parents, society etc. But the first thing that will need to go is the word "should". We are all such unique, different people that every relationship should be embodied and expressed wildly different. So, Im here to support you in creating the Ideal relationship Agreement for you and your partner! I will guide you in how to show up for yourself and your needs in your relationship. How to teach your partner to speak your love languages so you can truly feel as loved and appreciated as you should be! I’ll teach you how to have strong boundaries so that when you show up in your relationship its from a place of loving yourself and wanting to give from a full cup.

 

 SEXUALITY-As women our sexuality and enjoyment of our bodies is not supported by society and religion. We have been told what beauty looks like and how a "good girl"is supposed dress and act. Shame and comparing our bodies is like a right of passage in our teens. But what does that have to do with the miraculous life giving abilities of our bodies, our instinctual nature, and our God given right to experience pleasure?  We will explore the stories youre telling yourself that are preventing you from loving your body and expressing its needs and desires fully.

Life Path- Each Soul has its own unique path, one does not look like the other. We can gather inspiration from others paths but what we chose to do with our lives is OUR choice. it takes diving deep into your spirit and finding what truly drives you! what are your values? Passions? How does your energetic system operate best? What do you DREAM of? Do you take the time to daydream? Our purpose in life is to be our fullest self in its entirety. We often think of purpose as our career or our gift to the world. I believe we all have a unique, intuitive gift that needs to be shared freely. I don’t mean you cant create a career around it, in fact thats what we will be working towards. But the real goal is to find what fills you up so much that you would do it even if you weren’t being paid and start pouring energy into that. We will celebrate your unique gift, push past any imposter syndrome, and any conditioning thats preventing you from sharing this part of you. Most of all we will realign your mindset to enjoy the journey and take the pressure off of needing to define and master what your purpose is. Let’s get in there and see what the stories and self talk are you telling yourself thats not true so you can actualize the life your spirit deeply desires.
