Relocation Doula
Moving to a new city can be incredibly ungrounding. Leaving friends, family, your home, and even your favorite restaurants and grocery store can bring up a lot of emotional uncertainty.
Often when moving to a new city, whether because its time for new surroundings or for a new job, people tend to take this as an opportunity to reinvent themselves. A new city can mean a fresh start, a time to create healthier routines and connect with more aligned friends. Unfortunately, if we don’t acknowledge and heal some of our limiting beliefs and outdated patterns we may bring the problems from our last home into our new home. So, while all of this “new” sounds exciting, there is no doubt, that fear is also creeping its way into your projected new future vision. Will I be lonely? Will dating be as shallow as it is here? how long before it starts to feel like home? Navigating these big questions, while also managing the lengthy to do list of moving is enough to overwhelm anyone.
That is where I come in, as your Relocation Doula. Doula means “to serve". Relocation doula is a holistic relocation service, providing physical and spiritual support along your relocation journey. I will not only guide you towards a deeper sense of home, authenticity and overall wellness within yourself but also have your physical home fully prepared for you. Through weekly energetic alignment sessions, I will get to know the many dimensions that make you ,YOU. ie. your values, aesthetic, daily flow, quirks, guilty pleasures, necessary comforts, as well as what aspects of your inner and outer reality that are ready for an upgrade . By the time you move to your new city, you will be a fully embodied, authentic version of yourself entering into a perfectly curated home that reflects and supports the highest version of you, up to the smallest detail.
Who is this for?
The high impact woman who is in need of support to stay in her feminine flow as she embarks on the transition of relocating. You are tapped in and actively honoring your mission in life to generate a positive impact on our planet in your own unique way. You know the best way to do this is to honor yourself first. Burnout is not an option. Feminine flow is key to your inner joy and ability to tap into your gifts as the portal of infinite creation that you are. Your mission is leading you to relocate to a new city. The value of a haven to center your energy, gather inspiration, nourish your physical body and connect with loved ones is important to you. This call to relocate is bringing both excitement and feelings of overwhelm. You would like spiritual and physical support as you step into this next expansion of your mission in new surroundings.
Earth Spaces
A principle of my design is bringing the home in resonance with the earth. The presence of nature inside the home, nurtures the vibration of staying in the feminine flow. I will create earth temples all over the home, with vines and plants. The material decor and daily necessities will be eco friendly as much as possible. Unique second hand items, as well as one of a kind designer items to support private artists will be used to curate the space.
What nurtures YOU?
As unique human beings, we all have little things that give us comfort. I will come visit you in your current home in order to truly get to know you and what puts you at ease. Whether that’s having your favorite tea, a special space curated with candles and aroma therapy for morning yoga, a bathroom full of all the self love/care goodies your heart desires, or an intricately organized kitchen/pantry with jars of all the things you need to enjoy being a chef in your new kitchen. I will take the time to understand your unique nature and have the essence of these things waiting in your home when you arrive.
What Does home mean to you?
When I think of home, I think about how I feel when I walk into a space. There's an energy that's felt, its unique, nurturing, grounding, and expressive. A home tells a story of love, adventure, and self expression. Home is a reflection of YOU. Through our weekly alignment sessions I will support you in connecting with your inner home, your authentic truth and give you the tools and support to bring an authentic expression of that home into the outer world. When you move into your perfectly curated space that reflects you, you’ll have a space, to rest, reflect, share love and create memories, that supports the continuation of your journey of authentic expression.

This relocation service was designed for a woman relocating to Los Angeles or New York City. Other locations are considered. The energetic alignment and interior styling process takes 3-6 months from start to finish, and is customized for the client's needs, size of space, and budget.
